I know people are usually looking for ways to appear as though they're outside of Thailand but I'm looking for just the opposite. Is there a way I can appear to located in Thailand (on the 'net obviously)?

You need to check out http://spys.ru/en/ for free proxies, I know that they are Thai proxies available.

If you use Firefox you can just configure the proxy IP address without any trouble or get an add-on for turning proxy settings on and off.

Also, I'm not sure if these listed proxies are legitimate or if they are just open connections through badly configured company servers - up one minute and blocked the next as they admins detect a big increase in traffic and close the security holes.
