does any one know of a sealant available here that can be applied to damp surfaces

i know of such products in the uk but cant find here

its to seal a window

I believe the tape being referred to is called "Sika" here. How wet can a window be? surely you could dry it enough to get some silicon on it?

i am really looking for a silicone or mastic sealant, too us a silicone sealant the surfaces must be dry for it to stick there are some mastics out there that will stick to wet surfaces

From a previous tv thread the Pattaya branch of Thai Wadsadu is due to open on 14 Nov at the old Kang Yong place on Sukhumvit.

There is a branch open in Rayong on the 36 road a little east of the town.
