Its good but if you ask for any advice about renting short term accommodation, you don't get much feedback except. Hire a scooter when you are arrive and %&*(*@# find it like I had to.

I enjoy reading & posting on the forum. Through the forum I have met several people who have used the services of our business, I occasionally follow up on some of the recommendations in the restaurant thread & have made the odd query which has resulted in gaining the required information. So yes, helpful, informative & fun.

Thats good advice because all the real estate agents charge hefty commissions. Also most of the real estate agents dont want to deal with rentals. They are looking to jag the once in a lifetime punter who comes and drops a bundle.

Also because the streets are so poorly numbered it is hard to explain where places are. If you are on wheels and you drive to a really nice area with a great view. You might find an unknown gem. Often these houses just have a for rent sign out the front on a bit of bamboo
