Bird is a Sacred Ibis.

I believe the things in the pool under the waterfall are called Peoples.

Don't know about the termites.

I am sure the Termites are just called Termites , Robby , thanks for that

I was going to call the bird a 'Dump Chook' similar to the Sothern variety but different in colour , as many are found in the local refuse -land fill area
