I've read the sticky post but couldn't find the info I needed

I think I remember seeing on my last visit to immigration a notice that you can do your 90 day report, up to 2 weeks before or 1 week after the date on the receipt,

is this correct?

Its 15 days before and 7 days after.

I'm under the impression it's 10 days before and 7 days after. That would be my recommendation.
