Good longish term apartments

Featured Replies

Hi all

I am new to chiang mai and looking to stay here for the next 6 months or so. Can anyone recommend good apatments or house rental. Maximum about 20 mins outside the main city and must have internet access

regards

Mark

Pretty vague.

The main city as within the moat or the night market area or the University?

Budget and number of rooms/bed rooms etc?

Hang Dong is in theory within 20 minutes but I doubt you would want to live there.

There is a guy who has apartments near the Uni which look nice. Try google.

Haha,

Yes sorry, I did not help myself much!

Main city as near the moat. Budget would be about £300 a month. What is wrong with Hang Dong (all new to me)?

Thats a BIG budget for C.M. Thousands of places available .You can chose between a Condo within the moat or a House further out of the City .You could try the Smith Residence ,for a start .They do monthly rents while you look around .

Yep, Smith Residence very good and location good. Check out website-I stayed there several times in the past. Swimming pool and gym on the top-good place to meet other residents
