advice on recovery after spinal fusion

I very recently had L3-S1 spinal fusion at BNH Spine Center with Dr Wicharn. The surgery went well and I was released to go home. My problem is I'm having a hard time finding some of the necessities for daily life after this kind of surgery. Things like a decent chair, tools to help in toilet, i.e. wiping, arm extenders to help pick things up, long hooks to help get dressed, etc.. I've gone through lots of posts and didn't see any for specific tools for recovering back patients. I'm in the Bang Khae area but would send brother-in-law if somethings could be found farther away. Thanks for any help given.
