Really like your site and the quality of your images. Very sharp images with really good tones. One of the better photos I have seen of the White Temple. One thing I looked for was some biographical info but was surprised none was included. Is this normal for SmugMug sites? Anyway, keep up the good work. I am enjoying perusing the images!

The Bio is user determined. I ignored it as there's nothing special or interesting about me.

Thanks for the comments which are appreciated.

Well you're special to us down here in the photo forum.

I'm nowhere near your level, but I like the added vignette, sharpness and slight muting of tones. Great work Ray.

like the moodiness you elicit with the stark contrasts and the filters you use. Need to work on composition to maximise impact. Your work is best when you have human faces -you have a real emotional empathy with your subjects and I think this is your strength. I like your reach into dramatic action oriented material which has a 15th/ 16th century oil on canvas feel and think you could add some reading of the Italian artists of this period and the mythology they drew from into your reading list to take advantage of this.

It's really hard to make a technical critique on things like white balance and alphas etc because websites corrupt material fairly brutally.

Nice work, really like it..thanks for sharing.
