Brown sugar Poultice

Equal parts liquid washing up liquid or grated bar soap and brown sugar

http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-a-Poultice

Raw sugar on wounds here

Edit - I didn't catch the 2 months in my first read, you may need to do something a little more drastic as it's embedded and there isn't an opening at this point ? Peroxide will only kill the surface layer of skin.

It may be getting infected and require some antibiotics. It is a foreign body so needs to be removed and a clinic is really the only option.

Magno plasm is great stuff, you can get it here and I;ll try to get a photo for you..... QUOTE ... Magnoplasm® paste is a drawing ointment containing glycerol and dried magnesium sulfate. The glycerol acts as a humectant which means it attracts water to itself and magnesium sulphate works via osmosis. The magnesium sulfate is dried so does not contain any water and when applied to the skin exhibits a strong osmotic effect and glycerol is hygroscopic, meaning it has a strong affinity for water and thus will draw out moisture from the inflamed area (as well as the atmosphere). Great to have in the First Aid Kit ... along with a needle if ya brave enough ....biggrin.png
