BANGKOK, 25 October 2013 (NNT) - Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is set to take a trip to Khon Kaen to visit the Thailand’s Future 2020 exhibition, according to Pheu Thai spokesman Theerat Rattanasewee.

The exhibition, held at Anek Prasong Hall, is located at Khon Kaen university. The premier is scheduled to arrive at the province on October 26. She will share her vision on the country's future development as well as elaborating on the importance of the mega project, including how it will increase the quality of life for locals, and what Khon Kaen and its nearby vicinity stand to benefit.

Ms. Yingluck also has planned to visit a local temple to make merit, then head out to hear the recent reports of the water management situation in the area, as well as meeting the locals and handing out relief packages to the flood victims.

Why does visiting the second most populous and (IMO) the most cosmopolitan city in the north eastern province of the country by the ruling PM make headlines? It is although the media feels it necessary to publish this so that it is noticed in advance.. rather than her being known for her acts of good will, hard work and kindness such as that which other leaders within the country have been known for, for their whole lives..

It's a show the flag exercise to garner popularity and estimate the budget for votes and the current cost of electioneering in the event of a snap election.whistling.gif

A splendid exercise in letting the locals behold their political puppet P.M.

Wonder if the relief packages will have pictures of her dear brother on them again?
