Best Place to Buy SportsWear in Phuket

Featured Replies

I need to buy some more t-shirts and shorts. I have been into a few sportswear shops and they want silly money. 1500 Bhat for a t-shirt, 1300 bhat for shorts. I can get a decent t-shirt back home for 500 bhat. I bought quite a few before I left but not enough. Where's the best store to check out.

May be off the mark but maybe Tesco ?

The Factory Outlet complex on the Bypass Road has several large sports shops (Nike, Adidas etc). I recently got a couple of Reebok 'dry fit' tee shirts at the Sports Centre in Home Pro Village, Chalong (they were around 500 baht each).

What landmarks are near to the Factory Outlet Complex so I know I am going to the right location. Thanks in advance.

Coming from the airport, and turning right onto the Bypass Road (the large Toyota Pearl showroom is on the corner), travelling south it's about 5 or 600 metres on the left.

Everything is expensive here when it comes to brand names, if you want to pay less go to the weekend markets, home pro Chalong has a Tuesday market where you can get very good tee shirts at a good price.

So at the factory outlets have you still got to pay around 1500 bhat for brand names t-shirts? I will check out the Tuesday market.

Although it is a factory outlet you are still going to pay high prices for brand names, that's my experience anyway, my gf has recently got herself some football tops from the Tuesday market, she paid 500 bht price in the shops over 2000 bht that's a good deal. They are good quality as well!!
