How much thai milk and other dairy do you consume?

Featured Replies

When first in Thailand i ate little dairy and little bread and noticed a difference. Lately it's the opposite so i cut back considerably and again notice a big difference because it has been a lot of milk, cheese and yogurt.

How about you, do you consume a lot?
Have you ever stopped or cut back?
If you notice a difference please post about it, thanks.

"noticed a difference"

Difference in what, please?

In my body, stomach and skin, both noticeable, why do you ask?

I drink a lot of fat free Meiji milk -maybe 2l every 4 days. Used to eat the 0% fat yoghurt, but for sure none of this has helped the weight loss. I have however recently discovered, I would like to think after my letter to Yolida, that our nearest large Tesco and Makro, are both now stocking natural yoghurt !! Yes! I love the stuff. There is also a new player called Caroline which is natural set low fat excellent. But yes I'm a bit of a dairy food person , trying to keep it under control.

I was nearly dairy free for a few years, but since seveneleven stocks yogurt from Meiji named " Bulgaria " 20฿ a cup,

I'm back using it for muesli, salad dressings, Tzatziki, yummy indeed!

It comes sugarfree in a blueish cup and mintgreen with sugar, I prefer the sugarfree version. It's like yogurt was before the invention of all this fat free/ fruit yogurt shit... it's a real enrichment to my diet!

Milk I never liked and imo, for butter and cheese is the climate not appropriate.

I believe (thia) milk is a nasty culprit.

I dont know about (imported) cheese.

Yougurt may be the most benign, it shows up on many a list of super foods.
