Richard Morris - richardjm65

Featured Replies

It is with sadness that I report that Richard Morris (Thai Visa member richardjm65) passed away earlier today.

Richard was also known as "Richard the Baker" and will be sadly missed by his friends in the Pakham, Lahansai and Ban Kruat areas.

Our thoughts at this time are with his widow, Ratree.

RIP Richard - one of life's true gentlemen.

Sad news.. RIP Richard.

We never met in person, but he contacted me by PM after I had posted regarding an injured kitten I was caring for, and he asked to contribute to the costs of vat care for it. A very compassionate man who loved animals and was actively doing good right up to the end.

Condolences to his widow.

So sudden. My friend of many years. Was chatting with him the night before he died, no indication at all of what was about to be. R.I.P. Richard, you will long be remembered for the gentleman that you were.

Rest in Peace....my thoughts are with those who knew him well.-Hope there's a heaven.-wai2.gif

It won't bring him back, but I just wanted to say that we all have to go one day...hope he'd lived his life to the fullest.-wai2.gif

Richard indeed had a full and fruitful life and told some wonderful stories about his early days in South East Asia.

Richard's cremation will be at the main wat in Lahansai on Saturday 9th November at 13:00 hrs.

May Richard RIP. My condolences to his family.
