I have a friend flying into HKT on a flight scheduled to arrive at 6.30pm...As I don't want to do endless loops before picking him up I am just wondering what the average processing time is for Customs/Immigration at that time of day.

I never realized it was so cheap to park there; a pleasant surprise. Finding a spot is not easy, but possible.

Less pleasant were the huge traffic jams all the way from Thalang Town to Boat Lagoon on the way in and out.

Not a nice introduction to the island.

I can't say I have ever had a problem parking there. I just park towards the back near the coaches. Plus it ensure you never get cars parked in front of you. Was there 2 nights ago.

New car park does look quite impressive though....as far as car parks go

Not all flights are available online, I have found this website reliable for Phuket arrival information.

That is actually embedded information from the flightstats.com website.

(If someone here knows who is taking care of the phuketairportonline website, please tell them to install pathauto module to the drupal site).

Depends on how many flights arrive at approx the same time and how fast you get down to the immagration check point
