Has anyone picked one of these up yet ? If so how much did you pay?

I haven't bought one but found a few in Fortune Town all of them were priced around 25,000.

Just saw the European model in MBK for 24k baht before any bargaining. It comes with the voucher to download Driveclub.

I only checked 1 shop on the 5th floor but saw lots of PS4s on the shelves of many shops.

I later saw a EU PS4 for 23k on the 6th floor. The same shop sold me a 64GB Vita memory card for 3100 baht which is a very good price.

I also just realised that DriveClub was delayed and replaced by Contrast which is only £12 on the PSN Store.

If they had the KillZone UK Bundle for 20k I would've bitten, but I'm thinking of holding on until the Asia release and getting a Asian PS4 for about 17k in 11 days...

Just wait until HK Asian imports arrive here in mid December. Why pay 23-25k when you can get Hong Kong Asia model for 15-17k (17k for first batch, 15-15.5k for next batches)

Not to mention the games that are currently out for PS4 (with the exception of KZ4) are really lackluster. Wait a few months when the game selection is better, the system has had its major software updates (ability to stream music, watch 3D movies etc) and the prices are reasonable.

I'm starting to buckle under this patience and feel I need one now (even though there are only a few games I want/have for it).

Was just in Akhibara in Tokyo, the 7 story electronics floor - don't have Xbox One yet

The Asian model stock have been delayed to 19 december instead of today because retailers at the last moment decided to order from Singapore because ordering From Singapore would enable the ps4 stock to qualify for south east Asian warranty which means one can officially qualify for official Sony Thai warranty and other south east asian countries, however the HK models would not qualify for south east Asian regional warranty even though HK model is much cheaper than Singaporean models.

From what I know they are said to arrive somewhere around 19-22th this month according to all different stores sell it, with the 19th being the date most believe it will come. I ordered from 4Player at Central Pinklao and they set the 19th as their date. Looking forward and hope it comes tomorrow!

I have seen a few Asian models in the various tech malls (MBK, Fortune, Pantip) but the prices they are charging are beyond reasonable. The cheapest I saw was around 30,000. They are selling the other models for about 20,000.

Well I buckled and just bought a Singapore region PS4 from MBK!! I'm now updating the firmware.

I cannot recommend the shop that sold it to me enough, I gave them my number a week ago i case they could get one and they called yesterday saying they would have stock today. I got a text from them when it had arrived.

They have quite a large stock of Singapore PS4s for 17,500 baht, and they also have the KillZone Bundle for 19,200 Baht.

The shop is on the 6th Floor of MBK and called ProGame Shop. Unit 35. Tel (02) 611 7009.
