Can I buy Pickling Spice here in Cnx?

Does anyone also have any idea what I can add to

my cucumbers other than white vinegar to make my pickles taste great?

You can find Pickling Spice at RimPing, the last jar

I bought was made in Thailand,by Up Spice,red label,

red top on jar,look in the dried spices and herbs section.

It does not give ingredients on the label but I can see,

Coriander seeds,Pepper corns,Chilli,All Spice,Bay Leaves,

Dill Seeds,I used it when I made Pickle Onions,and added

a nice flavour

regards Worgeordie PS last time I made Gherkins added

a little Turmeric and sugar.

Try a little research on lactic fermentation, tastes better than vinegar IMO.
