where to get DBD "company document"?

I bought a house in company name sometime back, and now need fresh version of the "company document" (that shows director and shareholders)

that is printed on DBD letterhead.

Is it possible go pick this myself from some govt office in or around Pattaya? Or is this something need to ask some agency to do (and pay

some fee for them)?

Their office is amongst the last row of shophouses on the LHS of Sukhumvihit road as if you were heading to Banglamung just before the turn off for Highway 36.

Sounds to me like you just need to have your company "updated" and most lawyers or accountants will do that for around 1,000 THB. This update is only required if you have to deal with some government agency or public utility, since they want to insure that the company has filed and paid all taxes and is still "legitimate"

thanks for pointers. just need this for a contract made in name of the co, no changes needed

due to tight timings ended up getting this from accountant for 1500, next time I know where to go get it
