Their office is amongst the last row of shophouses on the LHS of Sukhumvihit road as if you were heading to Banglamung just before the turn off for Highway 36.

Sounds to me like you just need to have your company "updated" and most lawyers or accountants will do that for around 1,000 THB. This update is only required if you have to deal with some government agency or public utility, since they want to insure that the company has filed and paid all taxes and is still "legitimate"

due to tight timings ended up getting this from accountant for 1500, next time I know where to go get it
