Where doesn't it flood in Warin Chamrap?

We're having a difficult time finding a house in Ubon, I see a lot of ads for decent houses in Warin Chamrap but my gf dismisses all of them because the area has problems with flooding.

Does it happen everywhere in that area? Are they places in Warin Chamrap that aren't effected by flood waters?

We live over at the ring road and Sisaket road. Near the new Global House, TSF, has yet to flood. Also the gov has improved the drainage system around the ring road in the last six months. You would be happy in Warin, less traffic.

I live in MooBaan 15, Ban That ie near the Charoen Sri market. We suffered a bit during the flash flood a few months ago but in general this area stays pretty un-flooded.

A friend of mine is selling his house in the village, the sales agent being UbonHomes. Its a pleasant house, pretty quiet neighbourhood and rice fileds over the back wall. The traffic volume has increased a little over the past 4 years I've been there, but it's still better than the northern reaches of the ring-road.
