So sorry for the abbreviations! PP is post processing.

This image was of a Buddha figure that I saw in a store front and it was wrapped in plastic. I liked the way the plastic lent an eerie effect to the face due to reflections from the sky.

So, what I meant to say was that I did not make the streaks artificially in PS. However I did post process in LR and sharpen in PS before posting.

Hope that clarifies my cryptic message from earlier.
