Agents.......Are these all normal ?

Featured Replies

Only the 9th and already the first agent bashing thread of the year rears its ugly head. OP, if you dont want to deal with agents do it yourselfe, collect rent, do contracts, take calls at 4am when there is no electric etc etc etc...your choice

It is not bashing the OP is simply explaining his experience with agents

PP every time there is a thread like this you seem to fail to understand that the vast majority of agents here do not do a very good job or give a poor experience to the renters/sellers/buyers who use them

People who post this are not "bashing" they are simply stating their views based on their experience

I gave up, ok ? thumbsup.gif

If some of you think being late, not keeping promise, beating around the bush etc is the normal attitude of working, then I will not reply to this kind of posts anymore.

Why so many big companies in Rayong use Bangkok agents for relocation of their expats/families ? Chance favours the prepared mind. High end market can't tolerate low class mistakes.

Used to work 3 years as regional sales manager in Bosch. Criticism was never something bad for me. If it was right, I must improve; It wrong, then why would customer have this wrong impression? What could I do to avoid it ?

I never say agents are rubbish. If a lawyer does a lousy job, he is also rubbish. Rubbish exist in all kinds of trade. The only difference is they always remain at the bottom.
