Yes you are right, maybe I should be asking on Lonely Planet instead. At least I got a few response here. My other question regarding uniforms has drawn a complete blank. I would have thought that more people would have known about the area around the swing. With the Buddhist temple decoration market, the insignia shops on one side and all the gun shops on the other, I think that this is one of the most fascinating parts of the city. But maybe, I am asking in the wrong section. I will have to check if there is an ask the experts section here like there is on the Hua Hin forum. That one is a really good information resource. If all else fails, I will check out some of those sourcing guys on Fiverr. They are pretty knowledgeable too. Although I like the multi coloured dreadfalls, I was going to pick up some thin multi coloured LED plastic rope (the kind that is used in discos) next time I was in Shenzhen and combine the two together to make some really exotic steampunk examples.
