Looking For "thai Rooms" In South Pattaya

Can anyone advise on some reasonably priced "Thai'" rooms in South Pattaya?

One of the wife's sisters is coming down to live and work in South Pattaya, as a 'genuine' masseuse and beauty therapist. She has a young baby, and will be accompanied by a family friend (who has a job as a cook) and his wife, who will look after the baby. So three adults and a baby.

They are looking for something clean and cheap - and the wife said: "why don't you ask your friends on the internet? they seem to know everything!"

So being the dutiful husband, I'm asking.

Not sure how far South they want to be but................if they look around the Soi Bourkhao area there are rooms for 2k a month. For a bit more 3k a month there are nice rooms to be had in Soi X-zyte. I rent one for a girl opposite the X-zyte disco for 3k/month plus electric.

Does Soi X-zyte run between Third Road and Buakhao?

Hmmmm don't you think the loud music on a nightly basis might be a wee bit much? (thumping can be heard from quite a distance)

Soi Xzyte starts at Soi Chaiyapoon /Soi Buakow intersection and angles northeast to Third Rd.

LOTS of low priced housing to be had between Soi Buakow and Third Road from Soi Lenghee north to Pattaya Klang. But as with much in Thailand, you won't find the best price on the web. Getting out and walking it is the best way. If it's for the thai family, let the wife do the looking and talking. She'll know better what will be acceptable to them than you will anyway. And she will in all likelihood cut a better deal than you will.

That area, the area just north of Pattaya Klang or the area just east of Third Road around the Euro Grand Hotel would be the first places I would look.

One i rent is over 3rd road opposite xyzte and behind the Fueang Fah (sp?) Karaoke bar.........i never notice the noise, there again by the time i get to the room i normally just pass out anyway.
