January 12, 201412 yr I use this service to credit money into my true move H number https://www.truemoney.co.th/cpg/AOTWeb/aotService.do?mode=init It's pretty straightforward. Enter thai number, enter cc details, enter security code if your bank has it you know the usual. The next thing is something which everyone in here hopes doesn't happen. I enter it my cc is accepted and it's been successfully debited from the card but somehow on the next page it says it failed so in essense it managed to take out money from the card but didn't credit the money into my number. My CC and bank aren't from thailand but that shouldn't be the problem cos they have countries all over the world. Call up true move and spoke to a guy told me he would send all the details to the phone department i think cos only the internet department is open now. Man does this suck i really wonder how they are going to fix this. I have screen shots of the CC transaction i made thank god cos i always make screens of everything i do. Just unbelievable. Anyone of you guys ever encountered this?

January 13, 201412 yr I guess I would contact my credit card company and initiate a dispute. Are you outside of Thailand? If so, can you ask someone in Thailand to add value for you? If you are in Thailand, maybe just pop round a 7/11 and add value. The TrueMove link clearly spells out that your CC ("Verfified by Visa/VbV, MC/SecureCode) must be supported, and not the CC CVV. Are you sure your CC has this extra security feature enabled?

Of course it has the feature enabled it's not the first time i have done the cc verified thing and i have topped up to my true move number using CC before.
