I would need a cot for my infant.

Try Agoda--they list different renting companies and I used them.

We just inspected it a few weeks ago, and there have some to rent even now in high season. Surely they have apt available in low seasons like Aug.

You can browse their website and call them. They have price for daily/weekly/monthly.

As for cot, that seems a problem. Maybe you can prepare in advance. Like using the Pattaya Little Monkeys group on Facebook to ask if you can rent from someone for a short period.
