This is about the most concise tutorial I've seen for post-processing in Lightroom 5.

However, the narrator should really start with setting the lens profile first in my opinion.

Maybe they do what I do, set the raw converter to run a preset that enables lens correction from the profiles. I also enable the 'remove chromatic aberration'.

This is the first thing I do. Select lens correction and sort out longitudinal CA and PF first before proceeding. With old f/1.2 glass this can take some time.

It would be wise to create custom lens profiles as you go along so you do not have to keep reinventing them.

Thanks Fiddles, for all the lenses I use there's already profiles, apart from the Sigma 8-16mm which is only recognised above 10mm I think.
