Hi,

I'm after the new Motorola Moto G phone to keep me going until the new phones come out in a few months, as my current phone is on it's last legs, and the Moto G is a very good price for what it is. I understand that Motorola isn't hugely popular in Thailand, so I was wondering where I might find one to buy in Chaing Mai. I've had a look at IT City, but they didn't seem to stock them.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you'll struggle to find one as Motorollas ceased to be generally available in Thailand a year or so ago.

currently they are not available on general release. try this guy thainexusman on facebook in stock @ 8,500b for 16g

i have an 8g. lovely phone but i got mine in uk for 89 quid from Tesco. The Moto is available in Malaysia and is rumoured to be here in Feb sometime.

another phone that's possibly equal in value (maybe better) is the Huawei G700

The new flagship phones by companies like Samsung, Htc and Sony is meant to be announced in the next couple of months. From what I've been told, buying an expensive phone at the moment is a bad choice because the new ones are around the corner.

This is just a post to say that I've found and ordered a Moto G from Expansys in Thailand, should anyone be looking for one now or in the future.

There is currently a sale bringing it down to 8043 baht + 532 baht shipping for the 16GB version.
