House rental rights

I have been renting a house for some time now. My present yearly rental contract lasts until July.

My landlord is selling the house. If the new owner wants me out of the house what are my rights?

If your contract lasts until July you can stay until July. The new owner must respect your contract. Perhaps he is willing to pay you a compensation if you move out earlier.
