Property agency - recommendations?

I have a house to rent, if I don't manage to find tenants myself, am thinking of using an agency. Does anyone have recommendations for reputable agencies?

Chiangmaihouse.com and ChiangMaiProperties seem to be well known ones. Seems like going rate is 1mths rent for 1yrs contract. Thanks

I think I just need somebody to find tenant. The house is in muu baan pla tanna (not sure correct spelling) but its in Ban Wangtan, nearby Big C Airport

For some reason some TV'ers dont like to see agents recommended but since you asked the question MY first port of call would be Simon Bradshaw at Perfect Homes or Stig Vinck at Buyinchiang mai - contact details on their sites.
