Bad true h internet connectivity on true h since 5 days ?

Hi!

Since around 5 days I have real bad internet connectivity on true h, speedtest shows between 7 and 10 Mbit, ping 55 also okay website open

Normally but downloads from Gmail hot mail or yahoo real slowly 6 minutes for 2 Mbit

On Amazon app often I got massage cannot connect , many apps cannot update the daily news, data running but nothing happens , never have this problem before!?

Maybe you've reached your cap and have been restricted to 128/384 Kbps?

Can you share any details? Pre-paid? Post-paid? Plan details/renewal dates. Did the service work acceptably up until 5 days ago? Has anything else changed? Same location?

Poor or unreliable DNS results can affect results.

If you can, try using google dns: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

Data cap sounds more like it, he didn't mentions changing any settings so why DNS would become the issue all of a sudden?
