Chalerm asks Civil Court judges to clarify ruling

Featured Replies

Rather amusing comments from Chalerm whose missus is a judge albeit in the Juvenile court, rather an apt position considering her husbands antics.

Also it's somewhat amusing as it appears that Chalerm has a Doctorate in Law too, yet HE (Chalerm) appears not to understand or be willing to understand the machinations of the legal process here in Thailand which is his home country.

'[Chalerm] ... recalled the days when he was justice minister ...' And what an irony that was.

This is not a protest - it's an invasion and occupation! The police should never have allowed the so-called "protesters' to enter ANY government building. Now that they are there illegally, the police (and the army) have the right and the duty to remove and punish them.

I have an idea. Give them a taste of their own medicine and see how THEY like it. Identitfy as many of them as possible. Send police to their homes, evict any residents (hold them hostage actually, for leverage) and move homeless people into their houses. Seize their bank accounts and belongings as well. Make the protesters pay for all the damage they are doing. Sell all their stuff at auction.

If the court wants to side with the invaders, treat THEM the same way.

Great idea! It's right up there with the rice scheme! clap2.gif

He is so right, the court seem to forget about the little people who just want to move on with their lives, but are blocked to enter many government officers, face road blocks and some could no even vote because they were blocked by the peaceful protesters.

You seem to forget, this is a small inconvenience to pay to oust a corrupt and inept govt.
