Are you sure it's replaceable? I've not seen a kettle with a readily replaced element for years.

Besides, Otto stuff is so cheap and cheerful you might as well ditch it and get a new kettle.

Its a waste of time contacting Otto as well ,wanted a part

for a food mixer, sent them letters,emails ,they never bothered

to reply,its all Chinese made crap,and i would not buy another

Otto product, like Crossy said just buy a new one ,but not an

Otto.

I wanted an oven element for my Hafelle oven (5 years old)

After 2 days they called back and said 800 baht BUT 120 days delivery time!!!! <deleted>!

Ordered one online from the UK, 900 baht including delivery.... waiting time 10 days!

AMAZING Thailand ;)
