You have 2 choices that I am aware of:

1. (Grammy) GMM Football Max which is channel 159 on my CTH box.

2. Online via Channel 3 on 365 Sports

If your Internet connection is good enough, option 2 will give you a better picture since the Grammy channel picture is SD and not as clear.
