Multi storey car park airport

Featured Replies

Is it open yet? Same fee as the old open carpark? If it is open how is it doing? Full up already?

Ooops car PARK.

I was there on Saturday & did not appear open yet. As I dropped someone off at the top level of the terminal I looked over to the car park most of which was full of limos, mini buses & tour buses, leaving very little room for the public to park. All spaces were jammed, double, triple parked so I parked on the road by the runway while I waited on my partner who was seeing off her father. When she called me to pick her up there was a long queue of cars waiting to get into the car park & once in it was a traffic jam.

This may seem a bit simplistic but why oh why don't the airport authorities provide some land outside the airport parking for all the limos etc & call them in as needed. I can see the new car park building being taken over by these transport mafia just like they do everywhere on the island.

I would like to know how people are going to get from the new parking building to the terminal.
