BANGKOK, 11 March 2014 (NNT) - Labour Minister and Director of the Center for Administration for the Peace and Order (CMPO) Police Captain Dr. Chalerm Yubumrung, responded to the proposal suggested by 27 senators that Constitutional Court demote Thawil Pliansri from his position as Secretary-General of National Security Council. However, the Supreme Administrative Court has ordered to reinstate Thawil Pliansri.

Another concern from Dr. Chalerm is the alleged rice pledging scheme corruption. He asked The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) for a neutral and fair investigation and if there is an unsatisfying conclusion, Thailand may face chaos. Nevertheless, he believes the government will be able dismiss all the charges of rice pledging scheme corruption.

Furthermore, the Director of CMPO admitted that he has heard about abolishment of Emergency Decree Order. However, he has not yet received any direct order from Caretaker PM about it yet.

Moreover, Pol. Cap. Dr. Chalerm suspects that the bomb last night at Lumpini Park came from PDRC since they would not let army force or police to investigate the bombing area.

Police said that the initial investigation found M-79 grenade fragment and that the projectile was launched from the road along Klong Prapa canal.

This is beyond outrageous. Is there any sentence that Chalerm utters that doesn't either threaten, intimidate, throw out unproven innuendos, or outright lies ? Is there a lottery in this country where one can spot one sentence - any sentence of Chalerm's - that does not in some way become a perversion of the truth ? Really, any sentence ? After a weekend of boozing and indoctrinating himself with the twisted way Thaksin looks at the world, Chalerm is back to inform us that he has found 27 Pheu Thai senators who want Tawil demoted. So much for Citizen Yingluck's assertions that the court's ruling will be respected. Citizen Yingluck - what a lot of rubbish. Pheu Thai hasn't met a court ruling they didn't like. Not only that, but Chalerm has a warning to the NACC to give the right verdict, implying that the dogs of war will be released otherwise. And then he has a completely absurd take on Lumpini Park, as reporters have already concluded that both the army and his very own police have inspected the evidence, and have come to a conclusion that diametrically contradicts his. And what's this with the doctorate ? Has anyone noticed that Chalerm's titles have become more expansive as of late ? Soon they'll occupy a whole paragraph. As this one is so new, and is actually repeated in the news story, one can only assume that he informed the reporters to get his station in life correct. But no amount of degrees - fictional or otherwise - will possibly sugar-coat Chalerm, who remains as shifty and slippery as ever. And of course, he incredulously defers to Citizen Yingluck when it comes to the lifting of the emergency decree. But if he truly wants to know what she thinks, he'll have to log in to her facebook page like everybody else.

A 'satisfactory conclusion' would be an honest verdict but somehow I doubt that is what the ex cop has in mind.

Even if the NACC proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that yingluck was negligent and they prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the 15 ministers were involved in corruption the PTP will still interpret that as an unsatisfactory conclusion.

Waipote Arpornrat even made a threat against the NACC, saying they would find “hell on earth” if it dared to rule against the prime minister. So he is saying, we don't care if yingluck is guilty, but if you prove her guilty then watch out.

So a UDD leader and a high ranking PTP minister have both said there will be "chaos" and "hell on earth" if yingluck is guilty. They didn't say , "If there is no evidence against her and you find her guilty" Nope.

A principle of democracy is "Democracy is a system of rule by laws, not individuals. In a democracy, the rule of law protects the rights of citizens, maintains order, and limits the power of government"

PTP logic right there. We respect democracy, but if you find us guilty of anything, even with irrefutable evidence then we will make an exception to that democratic principle and create hell on earth!

I hope the army are ready to quell this undemocratic militia of 200 000 disenfranchised youth that will mirror the largest street gang on earth.
