There is a dentist specialized in children in Phuket Town, well known among local people. I also had good experiences at the Bangkok Phuket hospital.

Children Family Dental Clinic, Montri Road, Phuket Town.

A bit expensive but by far the best children's dentist we've found.

i used Dr Chotana for my daughter from 3 years old till she was 17 ( an had her wisdom teeth pulled) a great lady, speaks good English and gentle.

Has an office in Phuket town and Kathu ( down for the mini tesco)

  I have a feel for where the line is on Thai tourist visas but no idea about Indonesia. If I were to enter via CGK in February, extend the VOA, leave just before the 60 days was up then re-enter a month later, would I be asking for trouble? Is it realistic to do that year in year out? (The second trip would also be for about 60 days, assuming they let me extend.)

  If you say so. I love people who take tiny snapshots of markets. You assume markets knew eh ? Why don't you show the months charts leading up to the reversal. Also show some other indicators. Willing to bet it was high into overbought territory at the beginning of Sept. Gold and dollar tend to go in opposite directions that's nothing new.
