Featured Replies

I am thinking of a few days on koh Sichang in a couple of weeks, does anyone have any recommendations regarding hotels, best beaches etc, or any info regarding problems with stray dogs and oil slicks (have they gone)

thanks Tufty

If you need any help, write an email to Pan and David, they're more than happy to help you out with the hotels and stuff like that.

Very friendly and lovely people there. Pan and david has a restaurant which serve great food at Ko Sichang too.

And as for the beach, check out 'Haad Sai Kaew' it not as popular as Tham Phang beach among the tourists but it's defintely more secluded and cleaner though.

I have known David for 30 years. A Yank who has spent most of his life in Thailand, and has gone through several wives, and proabably several fortunes. Speaks and reads Thai fluently. Great restaurant (Thai & Farang food), and a great guy.

Last time I was there he gave me and my party a personalised tour of the island by Tuk tuk, and stopped off at all the out of the way beer joints to have a quick one :o

He'll see you all right. :D
