Eh up. It's the first day of the Domestic English Cricket season today....

My picks are Leics or Northants for the first. Surrey or Hants for the Second.

I think the mighty Lancashire may struggle with no real all rounder. We can only lean on the mighty Chapple so long...

However it has been a dreadful start to the season. My thoughts are with Tom Poynton and his family at this time.
