Short Term August Sublet Needed

American couple and their 4 yr old need a 1month (flexible) sublet for the month of August. We are looking for something mid sukhumvit, walking distance to BTS. We are very easy going and have sublet in Bangkok several times before so familiar with the area. Thanks, David

I'm in Sukhumvit 49. It's 3br apt with 2 bathrooms, 180sqm., Pool, quiet area, old apt. i'm sharing with my friend. Only 2 girls in apt, got 1 room free right now. We'd like to have someone for short term to share. It' 7300b + 3000b utility (approx). Maid comes 2 times a week and do only cleaning apt.
