ps ... the wiangkumkam event is a bit out of town but if you

want to see a bit more of a gentle traditional songkran for

kids or wrinklies it might be worth going to ?

A gentle traditional Songkran, or a TAT / Culture Ministry fantasy?

The actual gentle traditional Songkran kicked off 2-3 hours ago at every temple everywhere. And again tomorrow morning.

That said, I might go take a look at Wiang Kum Kam anyway. If it's Songkran-related I'm going!
