But today both redshirt leaders designated their lawyers to seek permission to put off the hearing until May 8, reasoning that they were sick and not able to make court appearance today.

Unlike a physical illness or a bodily injury mental sickness is easy to fake although in the case of the two accused one can but only presume they are mentally ill.crazy.gif

On the photo Jatuporn shows clearly where he is sick.

You presume that they're mentally ill because...........?......................or is it just because you disagree with what they represent. That kind of reasoning could in itself be cause for worry - an unhealthy obsession with and denigration of, people you don't agree with, but have never met or reacted with in any way, might itself be a manifestation of mental illness. Just saying.

Is this similar to your unhealthy obsession and denigration of the "elites", "scum", "thugs" and "fascists" that don't agree with your point of view?

No it's not.

Ah, I see now, you're applying the same Thaksin/PT/UDD logic . . . the classic "it's not cos I say so" . . .

I wonder if the 8th May is significant . . . isn't the 10th May when the lower house can reintroduce the Amnesty Bill?

Seeing as the next election will probably not be held until July, your conspiracy theory holds little water, but keep on plugging................

Ah, so my questions are conspiracies, yet yours are true or facts . . . ok, nice to know, thanks smile.png

BTW fab4 . . . STILL awaiting your answers to my questions on the other thread . . .

Why else would you mention the Amnesty Bill except to imply that it will be reintroduced when the PTP said it would not. Look at the shitestorm that happened despite the Amnesty Bill being dropped. Do you really think they would attempt to reintroduce it.

You'll be waiting a long time for me to answer questions that are not related to the thread.

Yes I really do think they would lie about it and also try to reintroduce it if they thought they could force it through.

The questions in the other thread that remain unanswered by you were directly related to the thread topic so don't try to bullshit me.

You have a tendency fab4 not to answer direct questions and always have an excuse why not to. I'm not the only one to notice. But hey ho, up to you, it just lets the rest of us pigeonhole and dismiss you so much more easily.

Not turning up for a bail hearing should result in an immediate warrant for their arrest for it amounts to contempt of court.

What kind of penalty would you recommend for refusing to attend courts for a murder trial or refusing to surrender to police on insurrection charges despite outstanding arrest warrants . I don't recall you making such a emotional appeal over sutheps transgressions, why is that, do you keep harping on about the sanctity of the law, only when it suits?

Suthep is a Thai National hero.... with no outstanding charges against him that he has not answered... he has no outstanding warrants for his arrest... He is not a red terrorist. he has not stood on stage and asked his low life followers to burn down Bangkok.... and he has not ran away from anyone... Do'nt try to blow the whistle on him... Golden or any other colour.. crawl back into your whole.... whistling.gif

Why would I crawl back in my "whole" when I'm right. Have you never heard of search engines and the internet?

Another arrest warrant for Suthep
in General | March 5, 2014(205 views)
The Criminal Court today (Wednesday) approved the issuance of a warrant for the arrest of protest leader Suthep Thaugbsuban for his role in ordering a crackdown on red-shirt protesters in Bangkok in 2010.

The request for Suthep’s arrest was made by the Department of Special Investigation after Suthep, then deputy prime minister and director of the Centre for Resolving Emergency Situation, and former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva were formally charged with murder in connection with the crackdown.

Mr Suthep have already had two arrest warrants against him – one for sedition charge and the other for breaking the Emergency Decree.

You do that, I'm sure you and "the rest of you" can dismiss me easily - if you won't listen or take on other viewpoints that's a very easy thing to do. I'll look forward to more of your "dismissing me easily".
