Hi everyone,

the battery of my i-mobile IQ X3 quickly dies: very short life on normal use and expand size deforming also the case of mobile. Someone knows the way to open the case? Some video or tutorial even in Thai language? No screws at all so I guess have to use a tool such as "sesamo" used to open Iphone 3 and Ipod, but wish to know where to start to open to avoid damages.

I'm not in Thailand at the moment and wish to open to check if can find the battery abroad or just remove the battery to avoid worst damages on the phone.

Thanks everyone

I think the phone is held together with glue. To open it up you would need to heat the glue to separate the screen from the case.

I would not do it myself but take it to a mobile repair shop. I don't know where you live but Google will help you find a repair service shop.

If it were me I would leave it powered ON until the battery completely discharged AND contact i-mobile about having them replace it while it's still under the 1-year warranty.

If you open it...
