How can my passenger watch a movie on my screen when I driving my Isuzu d max 2014 model?..I now it is security thing that your can not watch when you driving but I want my passengers to be able to watch a movie . I need the hand break on if not it docent work .

I ask the Isuzu dealer to fix it but they told me that , it is a security matter.

I try allredy to use the sd card slot ,usb port and external hard drive to bay pass the dvd .....but no luck..

According to my manual you don't only need the handbrake on ... you also need the car stopped ... well that's for the 2012 year system and I don't suppose the updated unit is much different ... in a word you are <deleted>**ed!!

Hand held DVD players are very cheap.

Maybe ask at one of the aftermarket car stereo shops. I'm sure they must know of a workaround by now.

Yep, dead easy to defeat for someone who's done it before.

I had this feature deleted on my Nissan Navara by the dealer. They did warn me it voided all warranty on the electric systems though. It took them about 3 minutes.

Interesting, on mine I can watch movies etc - not that I do while driving but the kids do, had my truck in recently for warranty issue regarding 4wd switch not showing properly on the dash - flashed but didn't show it in 4wd.

They fixed it under warranty no questions asked. Btw, Krungthai Nissan Rama 3 have been excellent (to date) - Rama 2 on the other hand.....

The problem is if you go to dealers that solve things like that is if the <deleted> something up and you void the garanti ,think a tablet is the thing . A tips for Isuzu owners if you don’t want dust and water slashing in the engine room buy this plastic lid that cover the hole area around the tiers, the cost in korat was 1400 baht all in. cheers....
