Yes it will tell you on your refusal notice. Or should do.

HI can anyone tell me if the UK First Tier Tribunal has a set time to hear a settlement visa refusal case from the date the appeal was allowed ?

as the date set for my Thai Wives appeal to be considered will be 18 months from the date the appeal was accepted.
