The puter has been plugging along for years but someone or something has hijacked directory access. Everytime I try to delete a folder it just goes into a loop.

Anyone out there who can give me a contact for a good software doc willing to do house calls?

I prefer it is done here so I can keep an eye on things and perhaps learn at the same time.
