Hey guys.. coming back to the tropics in a few months and was wondering if i buy a DS lite now (from canada) will i be able to charge it up fine in Thailand? cant find the specs for it anywhere.

check if the adaptor can handle up to 240 V if not you'd have to buy a multivolt adaptor

pretty sure the adapter is regional, havent bought a ds yet. although i saw a thing that charges it from your comp/laptop via usb cable. 5 bucks to order online.

I'm afraid the DS lite power charger is NOT dual 110/220v

So you will have a 110v charger which will not work without a transformer for the 220v here

Not seen any dual chargers yet, though I'm sure they are not too far off

yea thats what i thought.. This usb charger thing looks to do the job though. Also on a side not any one here have a DS or DS LITE? For multiplayer say with a friend or something, the Wi-fi will work/connect if your in the same room ? with out going online kidna thing
