Pretty sure the fees charged by all banks in the ATM pool are similar. If you're in the same clearing district as your home bank, you're allowed 4 free withdrawals from any ATM belonging to the pool. Five or more transactions per month using a different bank from your own in the same clearing district will cost, I believe, 10 baht at an ATM from another bank. I use other bank's ATMs in Pattaya if they're more convenient than tracking down my bank's (Bangkok Bank) ATM. Seldom get charged anything and then only towards the end of the month if I've made a number of withdrawals.

If you're in another clearing district/province from your home bank, even Kasikorn will charge you. We're talking about fairly small amounts in any event, so give a Bangkok Bank or Krung Thai or TMB ATM a go and see for yourself. I doubt there will be a difference.

My K-card was issued in Phuket, I've taken From Bangkok Bank ATM at Ko Tao and paid just 20 bath commission, so it is very reasonable fee.
