Sorry, not much help but I gave up looking in Pattaya (or did not look hard enough) and as I was back in the UK Feb/March picked one up there.

I hope someone can point you in the right direction as I could do with another

If you have a global house down your way you can get them.

I bought a few myself last year, as a brit we call them cranked shoot bolts, and I needed them the fit on all my windows because the the plonker who fitted them before just put on flush bolts......obviously with no timber purchase to lock the window.......don't you just despair at inadequacies here.
