Anybody knows where to buy Walnuts been looking everywhere believe it or not Walnuts are the Healthiest Foods Google it you will be surprised what they do ,also a small piece of chocolate(Dark) with 85 % Coca will do you good

Kasem store - Chang Moi/Rachawong - the airforce / suthep rd one should have too.

At the former they keep them in the fridge at the back - at the bottom on left side.

If you want a smaller quantity, ask them and they will weigh out for you.

Rimping and Tops both carry them. However, Tops is hit an miss.

YOK has the best prices on nuts. Good variety too.

Worrorot market has good deals on some nuts.

Kasem has the hard to find and selenium loaded brazil nuts

According to my understanding be wary about buying nuts already shelled. Light and air make nuts go rancid pretty quickly. I've never seen walnuts in rimping for sale with their shells on so have never bought them. Kasem is the only place i've seen selling walnuts properly.

And rancid nuts probaly do an equal amount of damage as they do good while fresh enough.

If you're worried about rancidity, buy Heritage brand nuts. They're nitrogen packed so no oxygen so rancidity is not an issue.

Cheapest are probably the kirtchen supply stores, like Yok and Bakermart / Phuean Khrua. Also for dark chocolate.

Alternative: Makro.
