What is the expected cost to completely raze and remove a single story house with about 100sqm floor space?

You dont pay them they pay you, the going rate is about 25-50 k for people to come and demolish your house.

These people will recycle everything, all electrics, doors, windows roof tiles etc.

Anyone telling you that you pay them should be shown the door tout suite.

If it's an old wooden house you should expect a lot more than this. Guy I know paid over 100k for one (about twice the size of the OP's) - and that was 5 years ago.
