The little spirit house on my balcony here at home had an old couple, an elephant and a horse, and some dancers to entertain them. With the cold winters of Europe, they have started to crackle and need replacement.

Where can I buy a replacement for them in Bangkok ? Preferably close to Sukhumvit 8 where I stay, or Siam or Sala Daeng where I hang around.As far as I remember, I bought the previous ones in a shop in Chiang Mai selling offering for months, but I am not sure where to find that in Bangkok.

Not sure, but my guess would be at the shops that sell the relifous items, usually outside the temples. Maybe around the temple at Ekamai?

Or a place that makes/sells the spirit houses.

Bought it in the night market in Chiang Mai. So I don't think there is a place as such that sells spirit house. At least I never saw it in the centre of Bangkok.

Also, last time, it was not so easy to find the little characters, the people at my hotel in CM indicated a little shop indeed close to a temple.

Now, where can I find that in Bangkok Centre ? Any concrete indication ?
